Complaints procedure

Kesseböhmer has always stood for reliability and responsible action. For us, responsible corporate governance also means complying with legal requirements as part of our duty of care.

We have introduced a complaints procedure so that we can draw attention to human rights or environmental risks or violations in our own business area and in the supply chain.

Corresponding reports can be sent directly by email to the Kesseböhmer complaints office(menschenrechtsstelle@kesseboehmer.com). In addition, a postal report can be sent to Kesseböhmer Holding KG, Complaints Office, Mindener Straße 208, 49152 Bad Essen, Germany.

This complaints office has Group-wide responsibility at Kesseböhmer. Irrespective of whether a report is submitted anonymously or not, Kesseböhmer will of course treat every report received confidentially and will not tolerate any disadvantages or consequences for persons who submit a report in good faith (i.e. not for abusive purposes). All data submitted to us as part of a report will be treated confidentially and will only be stored and used for the purpose of investigating a possible violation within the framework of the applicable legal regulations.

We ask for your understanding that our complaints procedure may only be used for the topics named in the text. General complaints or product and warranty inquiries will not be processed.
